Aaliyah Dana Haaughton soared to prominence after the release of her debut album Age Ain't Nothing But an Number in 1994. At the age of 15, the album achieved Gold recognition. The album was part of a group that was greatly influenced by R. Kelly and it put the singer in the limelight. Her other noteworthy works comprise Leverage 2012, Suits 2013, and Grey's Anatomy 2017. In addition, she was a part of several commercials that included Volvo and other major automobile brands.
