Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, born 17 October 1992 in India, is a film actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu cinema along with some appearances in Malayalam. She won the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the role of actress Savitri. Her other awards include three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South as well as three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy is the child of producer G. Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her professional career started in the early 2000s when she was a child actor. Her return to film following her study of the field of fashion. She had her first lead part in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy embarked on the first of her Malayalam projects as well as began to work with Tamil at the same time. Her debut film is A. A. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu. However, the film was not a success in the theater. In order to accommodate bigger projects because of her busy schedule, she had opted to not participate in certain films that she began to work on. The films included were Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romantic comedy) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She then worked on Rajini Murugan's Remo and Remo in two films. Additionally, Dhanush and she played leading roles for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film has been delayed since 2015 and reports suggest the film will release after September 2020, under the name Janakitho Nenu. In the end, the film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja with actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was cast as Vijay on screen in Bairavaa by Bharathan the film, which debuted on January 17, 2017.
